What does your warranty not cover? · Customer instruction. · Damage from misuse, neglect alterations, unauthorized uses or abuse. · Products which have been modified or incorporated into other products. · Hardened tip, accessories, finishes shipping & handling charges. · Product purchased outside the USA (products purchased outside the USA see your local dealer)

This warranty will be considered VOID if the tool is found to have been subject to unauthorized alterations, abuse or damage by your failure to provide necessary and reasonable maintenance. Warnings.... Be very careful this tool does not work on plastic style face caps. The tool will break this style of face cap. If the tool is not adjusted correctly, you may get crimp marks on the front face of the cap If you use the de-crimper and take too large of bite to remove the face cap you can rip and/or tear the edge of the face cap. The hardened tip will break if dropped or if excessive pressure is used Wear eye protection when working with this or any other tool.
There is a limited warranty that covers most everything except abuse and misuse.
